The classes provide worksheets, how to write a successful birth plan, video content to watch with your partner or support person and activities to help you grasp the content.
I will provide wellness coaching to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle that is essential to provide you and your baby successful nutrients and minimize exposure to toxins for optimal health for you and your family.
